Notice on Time Table, Lecture Halls, Etc
Please find below information on teaching time-tables and schedule of lecture halls.
Payment of Fees/Online Registration
Students who have challenges with the payment of fees and online registration should note that the University recently had slight problems with its internet connectivity which could be the reason for the challenges. The deadline for registration will therefore be extended and a new date, communicated later.
As a result, such students could proceed with the payment/online registration when they report for lectures.
Reminder
Please remember that:
- Orientation/matriculation is Friday, April 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the GCB Hall (where the entrance examination was conducted).
- Lectures begin on Monday, April 9, 2018. Check the time-tables for details.

NOTICE ON GROUPING ELM STUDENTS AND LECTURE HALLS
GROUPING OF ELM 2018 COHORT
The MA ELM students are divided into two groups:
- Group A consists of all students whose surnames begin with Letters A – F.
- Group B consists of all students whose surnames begin from Letters G – Y.
ALLOCATION OF LECTURE HALLS
Please note that:
- MA Education 2018 cohort is scheduled for the LECIAD Classroom
(University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), Main Campus)
- ELM Group A is scheduled for Lecture Hall 2W1 and ELM Group B, for Lecture Hall 4E1
(Both at UGBS Graduate Block, off the University of Professional Studies (UPSA) Road)
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT LECTURES BEGIN ON MONDAY, APRIL 9, 2018.
