School of Education and Leadership Holds Maiden 2-day Biennial International Conference on Education

The School of Education and Leadership has recently hosted an International Conference on Disability in Education, with a focus on Sustaining an Inclusive Africa.
The University of Ghana, in collaboration with Transforming-Teacher Education and Learning (T-TEL), organised a two-day workshop for University of Ghana Subject Leads and the Professional Development Coordinators from the six affiliated Colleges of Education. The workshop, which came off from Tuesday, September 6th to Wednesday, September 7th 2022, was focused on the application of Professional Development (PD) Manuals for the Year three (3) Semester two (2) Courses.
The School of Education and Leadership in partnership with Transforming Teaching Education and Learning (T-TEL) organized a Two-Day Professional Development Workshop at the AH, Hotel.
Prof. Samuel Nii Ardey Codjoe, Provost of the College of Education, met with the faculty of the three departments of School of Education and leadership; namely, Department of Educational Studies and Leadership, Department of Teacher Education and the Department of Physical Education and Sport Studies, on August 16, 2022, and August 23, 2022, respectively.

The Management Committee of School of Education and Leadership at the College of Education has been inaugurated in accordance with the statutory requirement of the University. The inauguration took place at a short ceremony held at the Video Conference Room of the School of Continuing and Distance Education.
The Acting Head of the Department of Teacher Education, Dr. Kingsley Nyarko, has been adjudged the best researcher of the School of Social Sciences for the 2014/2015 academic year.
